Ribble Valley Services has added two more petrol stations to its portfolio following the purchase of sites last month.
The sites, Woodlands Service Station on Fleetwood Road in Blackpool and Walverden Service Station on Netherfield Road in Nelson, were purchased for a combined price in excess of £775,000.The company instructed Farleys Solicitors, Blackburn, to represent them in the deal following the previous purchase of Read Petrol station in August 2011. There are now six petrol stations within the business.
Stephen Greenwood, commercial property solicitor at Farleys in Blackburn acted for the buyer. He said: ““Ribble Valley Services have experience in this sector and the acquisition of these former Total sites is an important step in the development of their business.” The deal was part financed by HSBC and will be rebranded with BP livery.Enjoyed this?
