Associate solicitor, Ben Wilson, from Forbes Solicitors has been shortlisted for the Young Professional Award in the 2019 Lancashire Business View Sub36 awards.
Ben, who specialises in disputes arising from contesting Wills, Trusts, Probate and Inheritance Matters, acts for clients on a national and international basis and deals with a range of high value and complex claims.
He has significant experience in bringing claims under the Inheritance Act 1975 and acts for executors, claimants and defendants.
Sub36 is Lancashire Business View's campaign to showcase the county's young business talent and culminates in an awards event at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on Thursday 17 October.
Ben, who is based at Forbes’ Central Lancashire office, said: “I am delighted to have been nominated for such a prestigious award, which is a reflection of the hard work put in by everyone in the team at Forbes.”
