Forbes adds to dispute resolution team

Rebecca Cowdy has joined the Forbes Solicitors dispute resolution team as an associate solicitor.

Based in Central Lancashire, she will deal with contractual disputes, debts and personal and corporate insolvency.

She also specialises in enforcement work and costs applications such as obtaining non-party costs orders – this allows companies and individuals to recover money post judgement including looking to recover from those who may not be named in proceedings but who may have a controlling interest.
