Summit Foods, a well-established, frozen foods manufacturing company, already located within the Walton Summit Business Park, have bought additional premises at 186 Bradkirk Place, giving them an additional 10,992 sq ft in which to expand their business.The well-located unit provides immediate access to the motorway network at junction 29 of the M6, junction 9 of the M61 and junction 2 of the M65. Other occupiers within the estate include BOCM, British Car Auction and Royal Mail.
Founded in 1981 by two experienced butchers, the company remains a family-owned busines and operates from an existing 26,000 sq ft modern facilitiy and employs over 150 staff. The company is a versatile producer of quality cooked foods and snack-based products across three key sectors: retail, food service and food manufacturing, as well as specialising in bespoke premium products for private labels and their successful growing Snacksters brand.
