Darwen based e-liquid manufacturer Flavour Warehouse has acquired Total Vapour to expand its trade links with Northern and Southern Ireland.
Total Vapour is based in Belfast, operates three retail stores selling third-party e-liquid and e-cigarettes, and had been a family-owned firm. Flavour Warehouse will continue trading with the same staff, learning from their processes whilst offering support to help the current team grow both online and in stores.
This is the first large-scale purchase Flavour Warehouse has made but follows several years of success from both its biggest selling brand, Vampire Vape, and that of its OEM customers. The company won Medium Business Award and International Achievement Award at the Red Rose Awards in 2019, as well as topping the magazine's Hot 100 list this year.
Phil Boyle, Flavour Warehouse director, said: "It’s an exciting time for Flavour Warehouse as we continue to expand our distribution. Total Vapour is going to be a huge asset for our diversification into electronic cigarettes.”
Flavour Warehouse is a leading e-liquid manufacturer that has grown globally into over 80 countries worldwide. By working in partnership with the Total Vapour team, Flavour Warehouse can expand its knowledge on hardware sales and cement itself further into the e-liquid and e-cigarette market.
