Preston-based Warden Construction has secured the contract to build Blackpool's first five-star luxury hotel.
The development, which will stand beside Blackpool Tower on the promenade, will be called the Sands Venue Resort Hotel and is scheduled to open in 2019.
FWP an Warden have previously worked together on projects such as AFC Fylde’s new football stadium and commercial and leisure park in Kirkham.
