The first phase of a new £3.7m housing development has been completed, bringing 32 affordable rented homes to Kirkham.
It will provide desperately-needed homes to the area which currently has a housing waiting list of more than 1,641 people.
The Sunnybank scheme includes six three-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom houses along with ten two-bedroom apartments.
It has been developed and will be managed by by ForHousing, working in collaboration with Fylde Council which has invested £920,000 of its own funds. The second phase of the scheme has been supported by an additional £360,000 of funding from Homes England.
