Emma Moore, head of residential property at Farnworth Rose Solicitors, has won the Conveyancer of the Year Award at the British Conveyancing Awards.
Judges said that Emma had gone above and beyond and were impressed by her commitment to personal development during a very challenging year.
Janet Lalor, director at Nelson and Barrowford-based Farnworth Rose, said: "I am absolutely thrilled for Emma and couldn’t be prouder. The last 12 months have been a testing time for all conveyancers but Emma has risen to the challenge and grown into her role as Head of Residential Property. She works incredibly hard and deserves this national recognition."
Emma added: "It was a shock when I found out a few weeks ago that I had been shortlisted for the award, but to win is amazing. We watched the awards ceremony online in the office and when the winner was announced I couldn’t believe it at first. I would like to thank the directors at Farnworth Rose for their support and all of the property team for their hard work and dedication."
