Farleys strengthens Private Client Team with Preston appointment

Farleys Solicitors has extended its expertise within the private client department by appointing a senior associate, Katy Shakeshaft at their Preston office.

Katy joined Farleys in September 2024, bringing with her a decade of extensive experience in private client services on the Fylde Coast.

At Farleys, she will focus on a comprehensive range of services, specialising in wills, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Her expertise incorporates the management of both taxable and non-taxable estates, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of personalised guidance and support.

Katy’s dedication to her clients and her in-depth knowledge of the complexities of estate planning position her as a valuable asset to Farleys’ private client team, enhancing the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Katy will be working alongside Farleys’ experienced private client team which includes newly promoted Associate Partner, Victoria Marsh, who has wealth of experience specialising in Court of Protection matters, along with all aspects of wills, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
