Burnley-based logistics firm Fagan & Whalley has completed a management restructure, adding four new directors to its board.
Sam Fagan, business strategy director, Daniel Fagan, transport operations director, Daniel Wood, operations strategy director, and Graham Clare, business development director), have all been promoted, while Stephen and Graham Fagan will remain on the board as CEOs.
Expanding the board to six matches the company's growth plans, further expansion beyond the four operational sites currently held.
Sam Fagan said: "We’ve spent a lot of time over the years working on the structure of the company as it exists beneath the senior management team, and we’ve experienced continual growth under the management of our two directors, Stephen and Graham Fagan.
"Upon reviewing the operation and discussing our plans for the future, we all came to the understanding that the company had outgrown the current structure, and it was decided that, in order to facilitate further growth, the board of directors would need to be extended.
"The senior management team had already been working as a board for a number of years, so it made sense that the new director positions would be filled by senior staff members who already had a good understanding of the company and its future goals."
