Logistics and transport providers Fagan & Whalley have instructed video engagement specialists Bigtank to produce a brand and service overview.
In the run-up to their centenary celebrations, the F&W team wanted to communicate the service offering and heritage that goes into their operation and showcase this through online channels.
Following a referral from brand and digital agency Root Fifty-Two, Bigtank were selected based on their experience and back catalogue from the automotive and commercial vehicles sector as well as a strong grounding in other areas complementing transport and logistics.
During a video review of the project, brand and marketing executive Chris Corrigan said: ‘We wanted to differentiate ourselves, what Bigtank were able to do was to utilize the experience they had with vehicles but also how they’d solve challenges to get the best results from the video’.
The Bigtank team spent multiple days with the Fagan & Whalley team, capturing operations across the Lancashire network of sites, Chris went on to say: ‘Bigtank created a seamless transition from storyboard to filming. They shot so much material, then really helped us whittle down what were the best ones to use for the video. Video is more captivating then text on a screen so it helps us get our message across of who we are and keep to those traditional roots of family and heritage’.
