Lancaster-based strategic brand and digital consultancy Factored has secured three contracts with three national businesses.
The consultancy has now begun projects with Locality, Kingswood Homes and Pine Court Housing Association (part of The Sovini Group).
The wins follow competitive tender processes and will build on its extensive experience in the property sector with national housing developer Kingswood Homes, and Merseyside-based Pine Court Housing Association.
The team will also work with Locality to deliver a new website as part of a digital strategy. Locality supports local community organisations with a national network of over 1,200 members that help hundreds of thousands of people every week.
The work will see Factored incorporate user testing and research to build a more user-friendly and accessible website that better communicates the work of Locality and easily provides all the information its audience needs to encourage membership sign-ups.
The consultancy has expanded over the past 12 months adding Lancaster University, The Bay Learning Trust and Farrell Heyworth to its client list.
Tom Grattan, managing director of Factored, said: “We’re delighted to end our financial year on a high with three great client wins. The team has worked incredibly hard to refine our offering and make sure we’re the preferred choice for ambitious businesses that want change. We look forward to working with all three clients and delivering results.”
