Lancaster-based consultancy Factored has been selected to help Farrell Heyworth become a digital-first estate agent.
Factored has previously worked with the group’s auction brand, Auction House North West. The company was called on once more to update the Farrell Heyworth website, which no longer met customer needs or reflected the company brand message.
Factored was tasked with designing and building a website that improves customers’ digital experience. Factored also had to ensure the website was intuitive for customers and provided the experience of an easy, fast professional service.
The digital transformation project began with customer experience research and website performance analysis that considered functionality and ease of use. To facilitate a great user experience and support the innovative digital solutions Farrell Heyworth offers, Factored integrated the group's custom in-house software into the website build.
Daniel Wallace, UX director at Factored, said: “We’ve enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Farrell Heyworth Group, so we were delighted to be appointed to deliver a digital transformation brief.
"We have been championing the move towards high-quality design and user experience, and it was the pandemic that accelerated our work with the group to support them with the transition to a more digital-first approach. We’ve enjoyed working with the Farrell Heyworth team and look forward to seeing the website go live in Spring 2022!”
As a result of the project work and other client wins, Factored is currently recruiting two roles for a UX designer and graphic designer to join its expanding team.
