Burscough-based call answering service Face for Business has reached the milestone of one million and is set to recruit a management level position to further the growth.
Following the recent development of a mobile app which enables users to access their calls and messages on the go, the company is now focusing on recruiting for a key role to coincide with the imminent launch of a ‘Live Chat’ service.
Andy MacGregor, the firm's managing director, said: “We’ve reached a few key milestones in the business recently, it’s truly amazing to see the efforts of the whole team pay off. The team is focused is on providing a level of service which is second to none – and I’m proud that we received a 100% client happiness rate from our 2018 customer survey."
