We have recently expanded the number of integrations to our Lucidity video wall controller, helping to improve overall control room operation.
Elgato Stream Deck programmable keyboards and Keyboard Video Mouse (KVM) over IP systems are the latest integration solutions we now offer to clients.
They are designed to reduce the number of applications that a control room operator needs to have available and to help simplify the overall operation.
This enhanced service follows a rise in requests to integrate different third-party solutions to the UVS Lucidity video wall controller platform.
It comes in addition to Lucidity’s existing integrations to security Video Management Systems (VMS), including cloud-based CCTV applications.
The Stream Deck integration provides a low-cost operator keypad used for fast launching of preset video wall layouts, and each operator can have their own keypad with their own unique preset layouts.
The KVM integration allows operators to display multiple workstations on the video wall from the KVM network and to select which workstations are viewed from within the Lucidity graphical user interface (GUI), greatly simplifying control for the operators.
UVS managing director Steve Murphy said: “We are continually adding new integrations which increase the value Lucidity brings to clients.
“The Elgato Stream Deck integration, for example, provides operators with intelligent buttons which are a very fast way to launch presets.
“Every operator can have one so that they have their own presets to open on a designated control room video wall, which saves time in searching for and launching individual applications as and when they are required.”
