Lancashire based digital marketing agency every1 has released the results of an independent survey carried out to explore the increasingly popular topic of influencer marketing.
Topics covered included issues such as why bloggers reject brand collaboration requests, whether bloggers prefer working with agencies or brands directly and do bloggers feel they are paid and treated well for their work. Lauren Henley from every1 said: “Over time, influencer marketing has taken off in a big way. I’ve worked in the industry for several years and as more and more companies adopt influencers into their strategies, the more frustration I see coming from bloggers who feel they are used as a gateway to their hard-earned followers.
