The Eric Wright Group hopes to grow its property portfolio to £100m within the next five years.
The Walton Summit-based property and construction company announced its ambitions on completing three new deals worth a combined £6.5m.
They were the £2.3m off-market acquisition of Middleton Trade Park in Greater Manchester, the £1.6m sale of The Wool Exchange in Bradford, and the £2.8m sale and leasback of Quantum House in Oldham.
Patrick Naylor, group portfolio manager for the company, said: "Our focus is on building and strengthening the portfolio through strategic acquisitions, development and further investment.
"The group’s property portfolio is currently valued at £64m, which is invested in 37 properties primarily located in the North West."
