Nicola will take a lead on legal matters such as TUPE, acquisitions, business restructuring and employment cases that have a high risk of litigation.
She has experience in HR roles within both the public and private sector which became more employee relations focussed over the last eight years. She also has experience of conciliation of tribunal claims through ACAS and tribunal advocacy.
