Employers from across the county have joined a new skills pledge, promising to help improve the skills of their staff and young people while encouraging others to do the same.
The pledge has been orchestrated by The Lancashire Enterprise Partnership’s Skills and Employment Hub. Those who adopt one or more of the seven initiatives on offer become a Lancashire Skills Pledge Partner.
At the celebration event, the first Skills Pledge Members were presented with their Lancashire Skills Pledge certificates by Steve Fogg, Chairman of Lancashire Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
