EFS Global acquires Euro SDB

Burnley-based EFS.Global has purchased distribution, logistics and warehousing specialist Euro SDB for an undisclosed sum.

The freight and haulage group has acquired the entire share capital of the Tamworth-based organisation, which has eight depots and offices across the country.

In recent years, EFS has also purchased 747 Express Freight, Logictrans UK Limited, RTS Refrigeration, CS Brunt, Horizon Distribution and Euro-Tran Despatch.
