Following success online, Clitheroe's Gazegill Organic Farm is to open the UK’s first entirely sustainable, carbon neutral 'eco eatery'.
The new development will be powered by wind and solar, and serve organic food farmed on its own land.
Now, around 75 per cent of Gazegill’s turnover is generated by online sales, which has enabled the couple to invest in the new eco-eatery and in other areas of the farm.
