Mark Harrison, surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co. said: "We have always had a regular flow of enquiries for this particular site due to its size and the specification of the units. We are pleased to see this site operating at full capacity once again as a full site always generates a positive effect on trade within the estate and has a knock effect, providing an additional boost to the local economy."
