CMAC recently earned its busiest month on record, moving more than 100,000 passengers and booking 15,000 hotel rooms when the 'Beast from the East' hit the UK.
CMAC also achieved even more accolades this year, beginning in January when they were awarded 'Highly Commended' in the category of Best Ground Transportation Company at the Business Travel Awards. They then went on to achieve 'Growing Business' for a third year in a row at the Red Rose Awards, and made it a double by securing the Large Business of the Year Award - the first time they entered this category.100,000 Beast from the East passengers cared for 35% increase in turnover Three times consecutive Growing Business awards
“The culture of the organisation shines through with strong leadership, dynamism and clear direction,” said the Red Rose Awards judges.“CMAC is entrepreneurial, operates on a national and international stage and people in the business and customers are clearly valued. Work in 2017 on key incidents such as the Manchester attack and the repatriation of Monarch airline customers shows the depth of CMAC’s operational expertise."
Peter Slater, CMAC's chief operating officer said: "Over the past three years of winning 'Growing Business' we have been introduced to many professional services organisations that have helped us progress as a company. “We're really grateful to the Lancashire Business View for the introductions that they have facilitated."
