Burscough-based Acumen Financial Partnership has reported a 36 per cent increase in turnover during its best-ever year. The IFA now has £395m funds under management, a 12.8 per cent increase on a year ago.
The growth has included the recruitment of three new team members, bringing total headcount to 21.
Angela Maher, managing director of Acumen Financial Partnership, said: "These are the company’s best figures in its 16th year of business and are testament to the commitment and hard work of the team. It shows we are continuing to grow with more people trusting us to deliver clear, friendly and straightforward financial advice."
The firm also has a team based in Pilling and Jon Landy, director at Acumen, said: "It’s been an uncertain time for investors but by staying connected to our clients during the pandemic we were able to reassure them that their savings were safe and would recover.
"We have a close-knit and loyal team of advisers and support staff helping people make the most of their hard-earned savings and making sure they make the right decisions, at the right time."
