Dom Waite appointed sales executive at Swansway

We caught up with Dom Waite, new Sales Executive at our Oldham VW retailer, after his first month with us. Dom joined us with 5 years’ experience with SEAT, so he already had a great affinity with VWG. But he also brings with him the skills from having set up his own business, so he really understand the value of superb customer service – just like we do. Here are his thoughts on joining.

“I really enjoy customer contact; meeting new people and hearing their stories. Matching someone with their ideal car is literally “putting dreams on driveways”.

The VW models just perform superbly, which is something I am so proud to be associated with. I'm looking forward to being more established within the brand and to make my mark on the business. In my experience success comes with effort, which is a process I enjoy, so I am really confident about making a positive impact.

Joining the team at Oldham has been very straightforward. There are many long-serving staff here and they are all keen to help out. It really does have the “family feel” I was looking for. I have already met the Directors which was great, because they show by example what you are capable of if you work hard.”

We think Dom is a great addition to the Swansway family.
