Director Glen Higson has completed the management buyout of Preston-based Business Insight 3 Ltd.
Bi3 develops and implements technology used to keep properties safe and secure, including video analytics, facial recognition and volumetric object surveillance.
Glen, who has 30 years of experience working with CCTV and related security products, founded the company in 2009.
The deal was handled by associate solicitor Nick Pickup of the Forbes Solicitors corporate team.
Nick said: “This was a deal with a number of considerations which needed to be factored in and I am delighted to have been able to help and advise Glen at this important stage in the company’s development.”
