It offered us very little flexibility was very difficult to manage.
“We narrowed down our search to two vendors and chose SwyxWare because it offered all the features we needed. For example, we wanted a solution which allows us to more effectively track inbound customer numbers. The new solution provides a single point of contact in unified communications expert, Elite, but also enables us toobtain more detailed data such as ring times, wait times and call costs.”The system has only recently been installed, but Chris expects that in time the overall operating costs will reduce as more features of the SwyxWare product are brought on-line.
