Daniel makes an astute move

Longridge-based chartered financial planners Astute Wealth Management has expanded its team with the addition of trainee paraplanner, Daniel Foy.

Daniel has joined Astute after graduating from the University of Central Lancashire where he obtained a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance, and he plans to continue his studies with the support of Astute to become a fully qualified chartered financial planner. Managing director Andy McLaughlin said: “We are delighted to report that our team here in Longridge goes from strength to strength, and to be able to support Daniel in his studies. Following the recent changes in financial services resulting from the retail distribution review, we have been busier than ever before, hence the need to take on extra staff.”
