She said: “Jubilee House is an iconic building that has a special place in the hearts and minds of Lytham locals. Not only is this project vital for the regeneration of the town, it will be very exciting to see its progression. As such, we are delighted to be launching the blog as a platform to keep the community updated as the build progresses.”Work has already begun on-site with the demolition of the central and south blocks. Once complete in 18-24 months, Jubilee House will contain more than 60,000 sq ft of office space and 20 high-specification apartments.
Helen concludes: “We look forward to engaging with members of the community on this fantastic project and would encourage anybody who is interested in Jubilee House to submit photos and share their thoughts with us!” For regular updates on the progress please visit www.jubileehouselytham.co.uk.Enjoyed this?
