Redrow has appointed Emily Radcliffe, who previously spent five years with the company, as its new customer services manager.
Emily has rejoined the team at Redrow Lancashire’s head office in Chorley which oversees developments across the Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
She first joined Redrow in 2013, after moving away from the financial industry. After more than five years with the company, she moved on to gain further customer service experience with other residential developers.
Returning to Redrow, Emily becomes the main contact for customers as they move into their new home and in the months after.
She said: "I was always interested in property and was ready for a new challenge. Redrow has always had a special place in my heart as I’ve owned two Redrow properties myself.
“I inspect properties before they are handed over to the customer and also conduct home previews before completion dates. I like to stay in close contact with our customers, so I check in with them most days and visit them if they’re available."
Gavin Powell, head of customer services, said: “It’s great to have Emily back on the team. She is a great asset and brings a wealth of experience.”
Redrow Lancashire has also recently promoted Kirsty Hughes to the position of area sales manager, from her role as trainee area sales manager.
