An award-winning Lancashire concerts and events business has unveiled new premises as it continues to strike deals with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
Cuffe and Taylor, the company behind this summer’s Rod Stewart concerts, has relocated its headquarters from Lytham St Anne’s to a larger site at Bartle Court Business Centre in Preston. The move marks a ‘period of expansion’ for Cuffe and Taylor, which recently announced that veteran Tom Jones will headline its annual Lytham Proms Weekend.
The company was advised on its relocation by commercial law firm Harrison Drury.Simon England, associate solicitor with Harrison Drury’s property team, said: “The move to new premises comes at an exciting time for Cuffe and Taylor, which has seen burgeoning success in the five years since it was formed.
“The new location is indicative of Cuffe and Taylor’s continuing growth and its commitment to Lancashire. It will be a fantastic base from which the firm can further increase its national prominence in the entertainment sector.”Peter Taylor, director at Cuffe and Taylor said: “The move allows us to consolidate our offices and warehousing facilities into one place. After an extensive search we settled on the Bartle Business Centre development.
"This was a complex deal for us and Simon England and Harrison Drury provided an excellent service to ensure our deadline for moving was achieved and all possible angles were covered."We look forward to continuing to work with Harrison Drury on our expansion plans for 2014 and beyond.”
This deal sees the two firms continue their professional relationship: Harrison Drury also advised Cuffe and Taylor on the legal aspects of its upcoming Rod Stewart tour.
