The feedback from the judges included “Patient, understanding, quick to respond, supportive and the rest are just some of the ways we could describe Claire but we will run out of time!”
Claire said: “I was over the moon to win this award, especially given the competition I was facing, some real HR heavyweights. I'm always self-depreciating about the efforts I go in my work, but it's lovely to have my efforts recognised.”
