A new cryotherapy service offering health and wellbeing benefits has launched in Blackburn with the backing of one of Accrol's founders.
Whole body cryotherapy involves exposing the whole body to ultra-low temperatures (-130°C to -150°C) for a short period of up to 3 minutes.
Now Cryo Express has launched in Blackburn. Founders Debs Masson and Nargis Akhtar Malik are working with the support of backer Wajid Hussain, who exited Accrol as it launched on Aim last year,.
Director and physiotherapist Debs Masson saud: “Cryotherapy is well recognized and established in cutting edge sports therapy. It is now being widely used for player recovery in Premiership football clubs and other top-level elite professional sports.
