Creativeworld has developed a specialist social media marketing package for F Ball and Co, the country’s leading manufacturer of flooring adhesives and flooring preparation products.

The agency created, designed and populated both a new Facebook business page and a variety of new Twitter accounts representing different areas of the business, these consisted of a main F. Ball UK account (@FBallUK) a technical support account (@FBallTech) and a main account for their Netherlands operation (@FBallNL).In line with the new channel launches the team also designed and built a bespoke Information Portal website. The new ‘infohub’ was design in such a way that it acts as the central focus of all F. Ball's press releases, news updates, product launches, industry advice and promotions, the updates are then pushed through to the chosen social media platforms, when needed, ensuring each post is sent out correctly and relevantly to the appropriate platform. The team also designed a bespoke e-blast campaign to promote the launch which was sent out to F. Ball loyalty scheme subscribers and via a selection of trade publications.
