Personal brand identity and an entrepreneurial approach are the keys to making it in creative sectors, industry experts have told a gathering in Preston.
The sectors’ skills gaps and career development were put under the spotlight at the event held at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).
The gathering took place to launch the UCLan ‘Leaders in Residence’ programme; a network of 54 experienced individuals working with the university to inform the curriculum, mentor students and provide work placements.
