Wright & Lord Solicitors have recruited Jonathan Holmes, as a commercial property specialist, to develop the sector in the wake of commercial development opportunities from the new M6 Link road in Lancaster and increasing commercial development in the South Lakeland area.
Jonathan brings a wealth of commercial property experience from managing the commercial property team for a large city firm to working with developers, local/regional councils, landlords, tenants and both large and small businesses across Lancashire, Yorkshire, Humberside and Derbyshire.
“We are pleased to have appointed Jonathan,” said Stephen Wright, director of Wright & Lord Solicitors. “As the quality of our legal and commercial services rely on the strength of our people. Jonathan’s proven experience will help us to take up new opportunities as the practice grows.” The Wright & Lord appointment comes at a significant time of growth in the commercial property market due to the new M6 Heysham link road and organisations such as Lancashire Enterprise Partnership, The Chamber-North Lancashire, Morecambe Bid, Invest in South Lakeland and Cumbria Chamber of Commerce all developing opportunities for business growth in the Bay area.
