Helen Marsh has joined the commercial property team at Forbes Solicitors as a partner.
Based within the firm's Central Lancashire office, Helen will advise on commercial property law issues including sales, purchases and leases for both landlords and tenants, from one-off transactions to year-round property portfolio management.

Helen’s appointment is part of Forbes’ commercial team’s strategy to grow its client base in the Manchester area.
Adam Bromley, partner and head of commercial property at Forbes, said: “With a client base consisting mainly of SMEs, ranging from new start-ups to established multi-site companies; and from retailers and restaurateurs to manufacturers and office users, Helen transacts properties in locations throughout the North West and nationwide.
