Butterfly Coaching & Development, a company offering coaching, training and development for professional, personal and life skills, has continued its growth with the launch of a brand new website.
Based in the stunning Northlight office development in Nelson, the business was set up by Simon Stead (FCPID) after 30 years working in the HR profession, where he saw first hand how people struggling in large organisations are often not supported enough internally.
Simon Stead commented: "We are delighted to have taken the next step in our business journey, with the launch of our brand new website.
"We want to tell more people about what we do and want our services to be more accessible than ever. This investment allows us to achieve both of those goals and more!"
Talking about his business, Simon added: “In my career I have seen massive changes in the way we work and expect our teams to behave.
“Change is a constant in our lives and even the most supportive organisations can struggle in supporting people through change, especially when it impacts mental health and wellbeing.
“I set up Butterfly because most people need some help at some point in their lives - in two major changes in my life, the help of a great coach moved me forward and helped me think about what I really wanted.
“So either in work or in life, we are here for people who want some help, to help themselves. We work with each individual to create a flexible plan to get to where they want to be… once we know why they want to be there.
“Whether you’re at a crossroads in your career, life or just want to be more confident in some situations then we can help. There are no obligations or contracts, if we think we can help we will, if we don’t, we will refer you to someone who can.”
Home of Butterfly, Northlight’s contemporary offices, range from 150 to 1,500 sq ft and are situated within a Grade II listed mill complex, just two minutes from the M65 motorway.
As well as its office, Butterfly has access to a reception, boardrooms, designer kitchen, artisan coffee, superfast broadband, a collaboration lounge and lockers, whilst they also benefit from 24-hour secure access and designed parking.
Simon Stead commented: “We landed at Northlight because being butterflies we were attracted to places that have been ‘transformed’ but retained some of the amazing things that made this part of Lancashire the place it is today.”
