Accrington-based managed transport and accommodation provider CMAC Group has accelerated its growth with the acquisition of Ontraccs.
Ontraccs, which was founded in 2015, is an online tool which provides missed flight connection services to airlines and ground handling organisations primarily based in Heathrow airport.
The London-based company works with a client portfolio of world-leading organisations and industry partners who rely on his purpose-built disruption management platform to service its customers in the event of a missed flight connection.
Steve Turner, CMAC group chief executive, said: "We feel that this solution perfectly complements our existing transport and accommodation services within the sector and we look forward to our existing aviation customers benefiting from it.
“Ontraccs founder Ameer Peerally has worked incredibly hard to build a successful automated solution and we are excited to drive this forward to scale our aviation solution across the UK and Europe."
CMAC’s previous acquisitions were Cabfind, a managed taxi specialist, in 2018 and Nottinghamshire-based Cabline in May 2019. This was quickly followed by expansion into Europe through acquisition of Spanish-based Aircinks Solutions in July 2019.
