Collaborate Business Solutions and its owner, Louisa Scanlan, have been shortlisted for two Lumina Learning global awards.
With over 3,500 practitioners worldwide, Louisa has been shortlisted for the Lumina Practitioner award, whilst her work with The Children's Society has been shortlisted in the Excellence in Leadership Development category.
Louisa said: “Collaborate have been working with Lumina, the next generation of psychometrics, for the last four years and to be shortlisted for two awards is not only exciting but humbling. Our mission is to go beyond the transactional to develop truly transformational conversations, relationships and organisations and Lumina is a key enabler.”
The awards will be presented at the Lumina Connect Conference on Wednesday the 22nd of June.
