Sundown Solutions is planning to significantly expand its workforce after securing a number of new clients.
The Accrington-based technology firm is now embarking on a recruitment drive to add 20 new people to its 33-strong workforce.
In addition to the new recruits, Sundown also operates an academy where team members are enrolled on a continual improvement programme that ensures its people are constantly developing new technical skills.
Sundown Solutions sits on the Crown Commercial Services Framework and counts the NHS, National Audit Office, RNIB, College of Police and the World Health Organisation as clients.
Kelly-Ann Groves, chief operating officer, said. "We're always on the hunt for talented people who share our passion for making technology work for our clients.
"We're a rapidly growing business, and we need people to help us grow. Although we're looking for experienced IT experts, we also want to speak to school or college leavers who want to develop a career in technology."
