Contractors have now reinstated gas, electric and water supplies to all buildings that remain operational. They have also been on hand to provide assistance to the companies.
The county council is working with Bowkers and HPH, the two main businesses affected by the fire, to look into temporary arrangements.
Stephen Costello, director of property at Lancashire County Council, said: "We're pleased that services have been restored on the site and the majority of companies are able to get back to business.
"It is likely to be some time before demolition and site clearance works can begin. The area directly affected by the fire has now been secured with perimeter fencing and some parts of the site will remain inaccessible until further notice.”
The fire service have now handed back control of the affected site, which is secure from the rest of the business park and is being monitored.
There will still be some disruption to businesses such as temporary parking arrangements and visitors to the site should follow local directions.
