Preston-based Clayton Legal has announced five new recruits and the launch of a development programme as it continues its expansion.
Louisa Petrov, Michael Shipcott, Charlotte Dickinson and Leanne Byrne will work with law firms and businesses across the country on their hiring strategies, as well as acting for legal professionals at all levels with career development in their sector.
Jemima Pearson joins the firm's recruitment function, working within the finance team as accounts assistant.
Clayton Recruitment has also developed its own internal learning and development programme, ‘Recruitmentology’, designed to support and guide new members of the team as they learn about the business, processes and the tools at their disposal.
Lynn Sedgwick, chief executive, said: "I am delighted to welcome Louisa, Charlotte, Michael, Jemima and Leanne to their teams. Despite the uncertainty in 2020, our legal and commercial brands have gone from strength to strength as we continue with the expansion plan and investment into growing and developing our teams, processes and cutting edge technology so that we can continue to deliver a truly transformational world-class recruitment service
