Busy business leaders from across Chorley are invited to get together over lunch as part of an on-going drive to help boost business across the borough.
Chorley Council leader, councillor Alistair Bradley, said: “One of our main priorities is to do what we can to help local business because we believe that is key to building a strong local economy. We’re totally committed to supporting business and supporting the creation of an additional networking opportunity for businesses within the borough is yet another way of doing that.
“Choose Chorley - Let’s Do Lunch complements the services provided directly by us as a council, and those of the Let’s Do Business network, offering a valuable opportunity for businesses to present themselves to each other in a more structured environment.”
Andy Poar, chairman and founder member of Let’s Do Business said: “As a group we want to meet and work with other local businesses. Our members are highly skilled, experienced business people, with a track record in their industry. Our ambition is to make people aware of how much skill and talent there is right here on the doorstep.” The event will give business the chance to maximise networking opportunities to promote their business, as well as building relationships with fellow business leaders, share experiences and offer support to each other.
