Preston-based ICG has been appointed by Chandler Homes as their marketing partner for a new site in Lytham.
The team has created a cross-channel marketing campaign for the luxury development called Forest Gate, which officially opens to members of the public on May 25-26th.
ICG’s remit has focused on engaging with local buyers and people from across the North West, highlighting Lytham as a go-to coastal destination.

Simon Couchman, managing director at ICG, added: “We created a new look for Forest Gate with a Scandinavian style muted colour palette to reflect the elegance of its interiors and its collaboration with designer furniture brand BoConcept.
“The brand style has been featured across a suite of marketing materials including a new website, brochure and social media assets including images and videos.
“The media campaign is in full flow, in preparation for the new show home launch across the spring bank holiday weekend.”
