Businesswise recruits experienced accountant

A management accountant with some 30 years of experience working for large worldwide corporates has joined the Businesswise Solutions team.

David Morley, from Walton-le-Dale, near Preston, worked for respected firms Exide Technologies and The Hoseasons Group before joining the Nelson-based company which specialises in cost reductions for business.

He said: "I wanted a new challenge, working for a firm in which I could really make a difference and I really took to Businesswise and the opportunities it offered me.

“As a new and fast expanding company everything I do here matters and what you put in you get back, which is a new experience for me and so far I like it." For 20 years, David worked for Exide Technologies, one of the world's largest producers, distributors and recyclers of lead-acid batteries. From there he moved on to the popular holiday firm, The Hoseasons Group, which is part of the bigger corporate Wyndham.
