The CEO of a B2B consultancy who has worked with some of the biggest names in sport and business is set to share his ideas on how businesses can maximise their full potential.
Addressing a business audience at Lancaster University Management School on Wednesday, November 11, Michael Finnigan of Preston-based impossible 2 inevitable (i2i) will be speaking about ways businesses from start-ups to large corporates can embark on and deliver positive change for customers and clients and internal stakeholders.
Since 1991, Michael has been working with some of the most famous businesses and athletes in the world, helping them to understand how to unleash the power lying dormant within their people. This work includes helping clients solve a range of issues from bottom line performance to manufacturing effectiveness, sales targets, customer service excellence, employee engagement, merger and acquisition management and change.
Professor Ellie Hamilton, associate dean for enterprise, engagement and impact at Lancaster University Management School, said: “Michael has worked with some of the world’s top sportsmen including Premier League footballers, international cricket stars and top golfer Darren Clarke helping them to improve their performance.
