The former Sparrow Hawk Hotel in Burnley is on the market for £1m.
The landmark hotel originally closed in 2010 and has since been significantly refurbished and used as a university hall of residence for the past three years.The property is available now due the relocation of UCFB into Manchester. The property is being marketed by Nolan Redshaw. Jonathan Pickles of Nolan Redshaw said: "This is a significant instruction for us in central Burnley and this is a important landmark building which has been fully refurbished for use as halls of residence and now provides good potential for similar use or residential conversion."
