Burnley College establishes a brand-new collaboration with Soccer Hub Academy, offering innovative training and education for their academy players.
The pioneering partnership will see talented football Students utilise Burnley College’s new state-of-the-art 4G pitch - which was officially opened by Burnley FC manager Scott Parker – as well as the impressive teaching and sporting facilities on the £115m campus.
The students will train full-time alongside their studies, including technical, strength and conditioning training.
The aspiring footballers will be able to access the Elite Gym, Cryotherapy Suite and Altitude Chamber, as well as the incredible learning facilities, all designed to help them excel educationally as well as on the pitch.
Burnley College’s lead strength and conditioning coach, Morgan Ogle said: “Our new relationship with Soccer Hub is an amazing collaboration that will really benefit the academy players. It’ll give them the support that a lot of top football academies don’t provide. We are incredibly proud of this new partnership and what we can achieve together.”
The Soccer Hub Academy is based in Skipton and is an organisation that was originated out of elite taste days and scholarships.
The Academy offers the support budding footballers need, whilst providing a solid academic foundation for students, giving them opportunities to progress professionally and as individuals.
