Lancashire-based accountancy practice Cassons has been acquired by a fast-growing £320m national group.
Cassons has offices on St Crispin Way in Haslingden and on Bridge Street in Manchester.
It is part of the CogitalGroup, which has 4,700 staff operating from 150 offices in seven countries, with revenue in excess of £320 million.
